Refund Policy
At BikeBroker.store, we want our clients to understand how our brokerage service works regarding payments and refunds.
1. Brokerage Fee
Our brokerage fee covers the time, effort, listing service, documentation checks, and safe facilitation between the buyer and seller. Once our service is provided and the deal is completed, the brokerage fee is non-refundable.
2. Bike Purchase Payments
Any payment for the bike itself is handled directly between the buyer and the seller. BikeBroker.store does not hold or collect any payments for bikes. If there is any dispute about the condition of the bike or payment issues, the buyer and seller must resolve this directly.
3. Deal Cancellation
If a deal is cancelled before it is finalized due to proven fraud or the seller’s failure to provide valid documents, we may review the situation and decide whether any part of the brokerage fee can be refunded. This is at our sole discretion.
