BikeBroker.store operates purely as an online broker for 125cc bike buyers and sellers. We do not own or keep any bikes in stock. We provide listing, verification, and facilitation services to connect genuine buyers and sellers for smooth transactions.

2. User Responsibility
It is the responsibility of both the buyer and seller to ensure that all details provided are accurate and truthful. Sellers must provide valid ownership documents. Buyers must inspect the bike thoroughly before making any payment.

3. Brokerage Fee
Our brokerage fee is for the service provided, including verification, listing, and deal facilitation. This fee is agreed upon before the deal and is non-refundable once the service is completed.

4. Payments and Transactions
Bike payments are to be made directly between the buyer and seller. BikeBroker.store does not hold payments for any bike purchase. Buyers and sellers are encouraged to meet in a safe, public place and complete the transaction directly.

5. Limitation of Liability
BikeBroker.store is not responsible for any disputes, damages, hidden issues, or losses that occur during or after the transaction. We do our best to verify all listings but do not guarantee the condition or ownership status of any bike beyond the information provided by the seller.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on BikeBroker.store, including text, logos, and images, is the property of BikeBroker.store and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. Continued use of the website means you accept any new changes.

8. Governing Law
